Pick-up in Rabat and drive through the Middle Atlas. Visit Ifrane and the cedar forest of Azrou, home to wild monkeys. Arrive in Midelt, a peaceful mountain town. Overnight in a hotel or guesthouse.

Continue south through the Ziz Valley and palm groves. Stop in Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga. Meet your camel guide and ride through the dunes to your desert camp. Dinner and overnight under the stars.

Watch the sunrise over the dunes. Visit the traditional market in Rissani, then drive to Todra Gorges for a scenic walk through the canyons. Continue to Dades Valley and overnight in a guesthouse or hotel.

Drive through the Rose Valley and explore local kasbahs and Berber villages. Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt or relax. Overnight stay in Ouarzazate.
